investment advisory company based in Takapuna, Auckland. Financial
Vision has been operating in its present form for over 10 years. We
specialise in providing practical, common sense, independent advice
on how to move ahead financially. Essentially, we aim to help you

Pam Riley and their family trust interests. Key personnel are as

have no financial or ownership links with any other company or product
supplier.
COST
OF OUR SERVICES
Financial
Vision Ltd operates on a fee only basis. Fees are charged
according to the service provided as follows:

Plan or Report Preparation fees
B. Portfolio Monitoring fees
C. Miscellaneous Consultation fees
A.
Plan or Report Preparation Fees
Under this option we charge you a time based
fee for preparing a financial plan or an investment report. This
fee will obviously depend upon how much work we need to put in to
help you, but prices typically range from $400 - $3000 plus GST.
B.
Portfolio Monitoring Service (PMS)
The PMS option
is recommended for clients with more substantial
portfolios. We use the powerful electronic Aegis wholesale system
which allows us to rebate all entrance or exit fees or brokerage
and all trail fees. Instead, we charge you portfolio monitoring
fees. These fees vary depending on the size and the complexity of
your portfolio. There are usually significant tax advantages in
this approach for larger investors. Fees are charged for:
1. Preparation of a financial plan ($400-$3000 depending on complexity)
2. Monitoring your portfolio (based on a sliding scale of 1%-3%
per annum of funds under management)
The main benefit to you is that these monitoring fees are fully
tax deductible, whereas brokerage is not. This option can save you
up to 80% of traditional costs, depending on size of portfolio.
C.
Miscellaneous Consultations and Services
For all other work we do for you we charge
an hourly rate. This would normally include miscellaneous consultations,
withdrawals, portfolio valuation reports or other work done on your
behalf.
Our charge out rate for consultants is $200 per hour plus GST (this
is more than a plumber but less than a lawyer).
